Located on the Appalachian Trail, the sunlight of over mountains envelops the Hall with bright natural light during the day. Then, nightfall brings a dramatic transition consisting of a black velvet backdrop for the windows which enhances the twinkling and glowing effect of soft lighting bouncing off candelabras, mirrors, and fixtures.

The Hall – Spaces

The Hall consists of two levels, the Concourse on the first floor, and the Grande Ballroom on the second floor. The Concourse is ideal for your cocktail hour, with a stationary bar, and versatile arrangements to allow your guests to easily mingle. During the warmer months, the French Doors can be opened up to the wrap around patio, giving your guests extra space. The Grande Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests, and provides a versatile environment to arrange your floor plan for dining, dancing, and buffet space. The large windows of both the Concourse and the Grande Ballroom provide a beautiful backdrop all year round, whether it be fall foliage, bright spring colors, lush greens of summer, or white winter wonderland.

Catering Done Your Way

When you book your event with us at The Hall, catering is easy and flexible. We are capable of incorporating our own catering services into your event package, and will help you determine what kind of food and drinks to arrange. We also allow our guests to bring their own third-party caterer(s) for their event, pending approval by the venue.

Wedding Events

The Hall offers three ceremony locations:

  1. The Concourse level is ideal for smaller ceremonies of 100 or less.
  2. The Grande Ballroom can accommodate larger ceremonies of up to 200 guests.
  3. Outdoors on the lawn can accommodate ceremonies of various sizes, with the Hall as the backdrop, or the background of the Appalachian Mountains.
